A2A Kopano Incorporated was established in 2006 to provide clients with excellent service in our field. With branches countrywide, this national footprint means we can serve clients wherever they are, whatever their financial need. Our clients are at the core of our business and our projects are driven by our clients’ needs. 

From public sector financial accounting and advisory services to internal audit, risk management, financial systems analysis, billing and debt book analysis, or training requirements, A2A Kopano has a solution to meet the highest standard of technical excellence. Our mission is to develop, provide and maintain effective, efficient and proactive support, advice and guidance to the public in an endeavour to deliver sustainable solutions and maintain quality, long term relationships.

One of the founding principles of A2A Kopano Incorporated is our commitment to transformation and diversity. We currently have a strict policy of ensuring that the majority of our staff are from disadvantaged communities. To date, our progress on affirmative action is as follows:

• 75% of our staff are from previously disadvantaged communities
• +/- 75 % are female • We are a proudly Level 1 B-BBEE firm

At A2A Kopano Incorporated we believe that affirmative action will not be implemented by sacrificing efficiency, professionalism, and client satisfaction, but on merit and academic qualifications. Therefore we are in the process of formulating a university bursary scheme for disadvantaged students.
